This offer is addressed to individuals and constitutes a public proposal by Rodiontsev Sergey Dmitrievich (hereinafter referred to as Rodiontsev S.D.) to enter into a license agreement granting a non-exclusive right to use the software "Vent - Anger Release App" under the terms of a simple (non-exclusive) license and the provisions of the license agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement"). The rights holder of the "Vent - Anger Release App" Mobile Application is Rodiontsev S.D.
1. Terms and Definitions
1.1. For the purposes of this Agreement, the terms below shall have the following meanings:
1.1.1. End User – An individual who has entered into the License Agreement (by accepting this offer) with the Licensor.
1.1.2. Licensor – Rodiontsev S.D.

1.1.3. Mobile Application – A set of software products owned by the Rights Holder, accessible via a mobile application installed by the User on a device.

1.1.4. User Rights – The User may install an unlimited number of copies of the Mobile Application, provided that: only one version of the Mobile Application.
1.1.5. Conclusion of the License Agreement (Acceptance of the Public Offer) – Full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this License Agreement by the End User, evidenced by the End User performing any of the following actions:
- Installing the Mobile Application on a smartphone;
- Start using of the Mobile Application.
1.1.6. Mobile Application Usage Rules (hereinafter "Rules") – Guidelines outlining the general terms for granting a non-exclusive license to use the Mobile Application, including prohibited actions and liability limitations.
1.1.7. User Profile – The End User’s personal page within the Mobile Application, accessible after installation.
1.1.8. License Territory – Worldwide.
2. Terms and Conditions of Service Provision
2.1. To access the services, after installing the application without registration, the User gains access to the core functionality of the Mobile Application, which includes free features. The User's access to the Mobile Application's functionality constitutes acceptance of this offer (agreement), thereby concluding a license agreement between the Licensor and the User.
2.2. To ensure high-quality service, the Licensor reserves the right to temporarily suspend the Mobile Application for: technical maintenance, system updates, or other modifications. Users will be notified in advance whenever possible.
2.3. The Licensor does not guarantee that the Mobile Application will operate:
uninterruptedly, without delays, or error-free.
3. Responsibilities of the Parties
3.1. User Responsibilities:
3.1.1. Respect the Licensor's copyrights by not copying or distributing substantial portions of the application's content, and not using the application in ways that violate third-party rights.
3.1.2. Review the contents of this offer and the terms of the Agreement.
3.1.3. Maintain necessary technical requirements, modern (smartphone/tablet) for using the application.
3.1.4. Provide accurate information in the application for proper functionality.
3.1.5. This Agreement becomes effective upon application installation and remains valid indefinitely.
4.2. Licensor Responsibilities:
4.1.1. Provide the functionality of the application to the user.
5. Force Majeure
5.1. Parties shall be exempt from liability for partial or complete failure to fulfill obligations if caused by force majeure.
5.2. Force majeure events include: natural disasters, government actions, war, cyber attacks, or technical failures beyond either party's control.
5.3. In case of force majeure, contractual obligations shall be suspended for the duration of such circumstances.
6. Agreement Modifications
6.1. This Agreement becomes effective upon application installation.
6.2. The Licensor may unilaterally modify this Agreement, with changes taking effect upon publication in the application.
6.3. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified terms. Users who disagree must discontinue use.
