Choose your table and data type
When creating a function, specify the table in which the data will be written. Create several input fields, for each field set the data type. For example, text, number or date

Start your function
When you start the function, the application will ask you to enter the data and will write it into your table

Work with Google tools
Then you can work with the data in the table with standard Google tools.
